TAKE PICTURES\u00a0<\/u><\/strong>If your injuries allow and\u00a0only<\/em>\u00a0if it is safe to do so, take pictures of the scene of the accident and the placement of the vehicles.\u00a0 Get pictures of the damage to your vehicle and the damage to any other vehicles involved in the accident.\u00a0 This evidence is important when it comes to making a determination of who is at fault for causing the collision.<\/li>\n
